Be selfish and take a little time for yourself. Drift away for 30 mins or maybe an hour of peace and relaxation. Do you feel like all you do is give? If so then message or call and be selfish for once. I only use top quality oils to gently massage and revitalise your skin. If you need a more intense massage to help with muscle problems etc, then no problem.
