I combine deep bodywork with ancient Oriental energy flow practices and reiki-style energy healing to create a treatment that is both gentle and powerful - leaving you feeling relaxed, restored and reconnected to your body.

Following sessions, clients report a significant reduction in stress and anxiety, alongside increased energy, vitality, stamina, and creative flow.

Working with warm fragrant oils, I massage through physical tension, energetic blockages, and emotional residue trapped within the body. As these layers begin to soften and release, you may notice a greater sense of ease, sensitivity, and embodied pleasure.

This treatment can also be offered fully clothed, depending on your preference.

Before arranging any in-person or online work, I begin with a 10-15 minute video call. This gives us space to clarify intentions, discuss structure and boundaries, and ensure the work feels aligned for both of us.
