Based around oil swedish massage techniques such as effleurage, petrissage and percussion I treat the whole being including physical, mental and emotional.

On a physical level there will be improved circulation and lymphatic drainage aiding the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to the bodys cells whilst eliminating toxins, releasing muscle tension and boosting the immune system.
