I am qualified in deep tissue massage. It's a type of massage that focuses on the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue in your body. It's perfect for those who have chronic pain or tension in their muscles.

During a deep tissue massage, I will use slow, firm pressure to reach those deeper layers of muscle. I may also use techniques like friction, stretching, and trigger point therapy to help release tension and knots in my muscles.

One thing to keep in mind is that deep tissue massage can be uncomfortable at times. But don't worry, I will always check in with you to make sure the pressure is okay and adjust as needed.

Another benefit of deep tissue massage is that it can help improve your posture. By releasing tension in your muscles, you may find that you're able to stand up straighter and move more easily.
