The massage relieves muscle pain that can be caused by stress or injury.In addition,

it provides a brief "time-out" period where you enjoy a relaxing break from your daily routine and beneficial for tension, stress and many health conditions and also to resolve muscle pain from working out in gym and also help with back pain if you work on computers or long distance driving.
