Purchased brand new from Samsung just over a month ago, this phone is still in virtually perfect condition and has been very well looked after. It’s an excellent phone with no issues whatsoever, but after using it for a while, I’ve realised that the smaller size isn’t quite right for me. I’m more accustomed to larger traditional phones and now feel that the Ultra would have suited me better. Unfortunately, the official return period has passed, so I’ve decided to sell it instead. Apart from the size, I genuinely have nothing negative to say about the phone—it’s a brilliant device.
