This is a well-established yoga group for people of ages, levels of fitness, strength, flexibility etc Iyengar yoga uses props to enable everyone to achieve their best. Invented by BKS Iyengar, in the 1960s, Iyengar yoga is a very popular and world famous form of Hatha yoga focusing on the correct alignment of the body, making use of straps, wooden blocks, and other objects as aids in achieving the correct postures. Classes always welcome new starters, in a friendly, down-to-earth atmosphere.
