Tok Sen is an ancient Northern Thai practice that involves the use of a special wooden hammer to relax muscles. Tok Sen therapy helps with physical aches and pains , nerve problems, deep tissues and etc. It is very effective massage treatment. “Tok” means “to hammer”, I will hammer in rhythmic tapping through the muscles and into the rest of the body to ease the pain. A choice for someone that have specifically pain in muscles, tensions, trap nerves and likes deep tissue massage.
