The goal of Swedish massage is to improve your circulation and promote relaxation through soothing your muscles. It's therefore quite different from deep tissue massage or sports massage. The techniques involve soft strokes over areas which are more prone to pain, or without much muscle coverage.

Body Scrubs

Deeply exfoliates the skin leaving it smooth and supple.

Pedicures

Removing dead skin, trimming nails, exfoliating and hydration.

Waxing

Light waxing of body hair on the back and chest.

I work from a clean and tidy studio space, my working hours are 11 am till 9 pm.
