I am a certified massage therapist, trained in the UK in Swedish massage, deep tissue, and a range of complementary therapies. Years of study and hands-on practice have shaped a wide repertoire of techniques, from focused treatments for the back, shoulders and neck, to full-body sessions tailored to recovery, relaxation or pure indulgence.

But technique is only part of what I offer.

What truly sets me apart is presence — a strong yet gentle energy, grounded in kindness, empathy and academic training in the human sciences. I offer more than a massage: a space where your body, mind and soul are seen, soothed and held.
