Job Description To ensure that the service is being delivered in line with current legislation, policies and initiatives set by the UK and Scottish Governments and local policy with regard to the benefit appeals system. Respond to and investigate complaints and MP/MSP enquiries in respect of the benefit service in line with corporate policy.
