This is an exciting new role for an Operations Lead to play a key role running the day-to-day operations of our Flight Crew Training Centre in Cheadle. Working closely with the Training Centre Manager , you will ensure this busy training facility operates to a high standard, providing effective and efficient use of resources. What will you be doing? Assist with training course planning and allocation of training resources where applicable Take ownership of End of Course Admin Paperwork in relation to Flight Deck training, ensuring a smooth transition back to the Airline Training programme records Management of analysis of Training Centre data and provide management reports monthly Liaising with the Crew Planning teams & arranging trainer interviews in relation to instructor/examiner promotions Be responsible for internal facilities & records audits within the Training Centre and support the Flight Crew Training Manager (ATO) and Head of Training with external facilities and simulator audits Maintaining underpinning knowledge of regulatory compliance relating to site specific processes befitting of the Jet2 Approved Training Organisation (ATO) Approval We are looking for a highly organised individual with excellent attention to detail and a methodical, accurate approach.
