Student Support Co-Ordinator

4Recruitment Services are seeking to recruit a Student Support Co-Ordinator to support our client based in Kingston. This role is term time only, 4 days per week, and is on-going. The main focus would be on safeguarding case management, support, advice to staff (some line management potentially) and audits. The candidate needs to hold a minimum level 5 in Psychology, Mental Health, Youth/Social Work or equivalent. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Lead on the coordination of a high-quality Student Support Service in conjunction with the other Service key Team Leads Provide effective leadership and line manage, supervise and support Wellbeing / or Student Engagement Adviser staff in the delivery of support interventions Supervise Wellbeing / or Pastoral Advisers on the effective assessment, support, safety and intervention planning of caseloads in line with service standards and safeguarding policy. Act as a Lead professional / key point of contact for child protection, child in need or other multi agency support plan interventions ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: To hold a minimum level 5 in Psychology, Mental Health, Youth/Social Work or equivalent.
