Information Security Architect Remote UK to £150k Information Security Architect (Cloud API Cryptography IaC) Remote UK. Do you have expertise with Information Security? You could be progressing your career in a senior, hands-on role at a global FinTech with in excess of 2,500 institutional clients operating in over 60 global markets. As the Information Security Architect you'll take a lead role in conceptualising, planning, designing and executing strategic and tactical security objectives to protect the business' information systems and network - they're completing a cloud migration and therefore require cloud security expertise within the team. You will establish best practice and work with other engineering teams, providing subject matter expertise and advice on security to ensure all cloud systems comply with policies and industry standards. This is a highly technical senior hands-on role where you can make a real impact. Driven by technology the company can offer a remote interview and onboarding process as well as work from home (within the UK) full-time, with the caveat you'll be able to attend occasional meetings in London as and when required. Requirements: You have a breadth and depth of Information Security knowledge with experience of leading global information security programmes and risk management practices You have hands-on technical experience in designing and building large scale Information Security architecture encompassing network security, web security and application security - with a focus on Cloud based systems (AWS, Azure or GCP experience is fine) You have a strong knowledge of API security, WAF, and Cryptography You have a keen sense of ownership and comfortable communicating with senior stakeholders and engineers You have strong scripting experience with JavaScript, Python or PowerShell You have experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, Terragrunt You're degree educated in a relevant discipline or hold a CISSP or CISM qualification As
