Scrum Master

Job title: Scrum Master Location: UK London (Hybrid/Remote) Salary: Up to £80,000 DOE Contract Type: Permanent The Role: Scrum Master We require a Scrum Master with strong Agile and leadership experience skills to work supporting a variety of client projects to join a leading, global consultancy. This role will require strong client engagement skills and a good technical background. The ideal candidate will be able to work with the development team, external stakeholders and other internal teams to deliver profitable digital services. You will be: * Organising and leading all project processes * A good communicator with strong leadership skills * Managing the delivery of work items against project scope * Developing and reviewing solution delivery estimates * Mitigating delivery risks, issues and opportunities * Building teams to support client outcomes * Delegating and allocating tasks to the right people, plan and mentor the team The perfect Scrum Master must have: * Good experience with agile development methods and tooling including: Scrum, Kanban, Jira and confluence * Batchelors and/or degree in computer science would be desirable * Strong knowledge of the entire software development lifecycle * Experience in Chapter delivery of software products * Ability to lead and work as part of an agile team * Have previous experience in a technical engineering discipline Alternatively, if you have someone in your network who is the perfect fit for this Scrum Master role, let me know!
