This is a 25kg RDX fitness sandbag. It’s had very little use. There are 3 different grip types - 5 grips in total - meaning that there are a variety of ways of picking it up/using it, one handed or two. There is a Velcro and zip compartment at one end, where the individual sandbags are stored, meaning that some of the sandbags can be removed to make the whole bag lighter, if required.
