Buy and Sell: Leisure Old Coulsdon

This is the solid football bar which strength shop no longer makes. It is very large, robust and hard wearing. The handles are angled and 2 inch in diameter. It's a beast of a bar. This type of bar would be used for call kinds of pressing - bench, over head, incline etc - as well as great for performing barbell rows. The variety of handle positions makes this bar well suited to lifters of all sizes, and allows you to target pressing muscles in different positions. The thick handles are great for training grip strength too. Would fit in most cars with seats down. Collection from Sutton SM2 Open to sensible offers
