I am skilful in my massage application, incorporating a variety of techniques into my Swedish Massage, all my treatments are tailored to individual needs. All my massage treatments start with some stretching to ensure your muscles are relaxed and you are tension free. I offer Swedish massage, Deep Tissue massage, Deep Tissue Trigger Points massage, Pregnancy massage, Hot Stone Massage, Aromatherapy massage, Counselling, Reiki, Reflexology and some elements of Kinesiology. My massage table is heated, I use warm grapeseed oil for treatment, and for Aromatherapy, I use real essential oils. My room is warm and cosy, with soft music, dim lights, just a perfect environment to relax & unwind. Shower facilities are available for before and after massage if required. Counselling sessions on health and wellbeing can be incorporated into the sessions. For all new customers, a health questionnaire is undertaken to ensure it is safe to perform the treatment, if case any contraindications are present. This questionnaire is checked to see if there are changes on subsequent visits to keep it up-to-date. Both Imelda and Michael are available and can offer 4 hand massages.
