Emotional regulation, planning, organisation, time management, overwhelm, difficulty sticking to new routines. All things that people with ADHD may struggle with. You do not need a formal ADHD diagnosis to be a candidate for coaching, and I also offer life coaching in general. So, regardless of whether you simply suspect you have ADHD or face challenges with personailty traits common to ADHD, we can work together to develop strategies to help you work with them rather than fighting against how your particular brain works. Maybe you're considering getting a diagnosis and want to talk to someone about how the process works, or have family members that you'd like to understand and support better. Perhaps you've been diagnosed and don't know what to do next, or feel like you've reached a dead-end, or you want to understand more about how ADHD affects you.
