When different personalities come together at work, conflict is almost inevitable and this in turn can lead to a variety of difficult behaviour, with varying consequences. People involved may be managers, team members, customers etc. and their behaviour may be aggression, lack of co-operation, negativity, unreasonableness etc. This one day course will equip you with skills and strategies for dealing with difficult behaviour and conflict at work, while at the same time giving valuable insights into your own behaviour and how it can affect others.
