Description
A1 Jobs are currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Administrator, on behalf of our prestigious Blue Chip Client, based in the West Midlands area.
The ideal candidate will have 2 years minimum experience in accounting, especially in using Quickbooks software. They will also have a bright & positive demeanour and be able to work closely as part of a small core accounting team.

Key responsibilities:
Keeping customer and supplier ledgers up to date
Accurately Processing high volumes of invoices (on time and in full)
Credit Control
Filing of company VAT Returns on a quarterly basis
Dealing with all invoice & telephone queries
General administrative & filing duties
Bank Reconciliation
Logging Support calls and assigning to engineers to comply with SLA’s
Stock control management

Skills & Experience needed:
Quickbooks Software experience & knowledge (essential)
2 years + accounting experience (essential)
Immaculate attention to detail
Adept Administration skills
Ability to work well in a team
Polite & professional telephone manner
Excel in customer service
Word, Excel and Microsoft Outlook proficient (essential)

Required experience:
- Quickbooks: 1 year
- accounting: 2 years
