Through deep & intimate connection with you, I will facilitate you to re-establish the connection to your own inner teacher; the all-knowing, all-strong & all-encompassing part of yourself. My aim will be for you to eventually become your own guide, but until that happens, I will direct you towards any steps you might need to take to improve on any area of your life. I am particularly strong on self-discipline, strengthening focus, time management, stress & anxiety reduction, regaining balance, wellbeing & health, relationships and rediscovering & enhancing sexuality.

Coaching rate is £80 ph
