Join our community We are currently recruiting for Customer Experience Advisors, with a starting package of £21,888, this is made up of a base salary of £20,188, up to £1,200 discretionary performance related bonus, plus £500 flexible benefits allowance For our customers, you'll be more than just the friendly face and voice of Santander. Whether you're helping someone with a simple cash transaction, aiding them with technology in the banking hall, transacting with them over the phone or protecting your customers against fraud and scams, you'll never know what the next challenge will be.
