To get into the stance cow, as you inhale, contract the abdomen by bending the back downwards, dropping your belly towards the floor. Lift your chin and chest so you’re gazing up toward the ceiling. Then slowly move into the cat’s posture, contracting your belly away from the ground and rounding your spine towards the ceiling. Release the crown of your head toward the floor. Repeat the movement from one to the other 5 times (or as many as like).

The exercise will strengthen the pelvic muscles, which are activated during sexual intercourse and during orgasm.

Bridge Pose (Setu Bandha Sarvangasana) 

Lay on your back with your knees bent and apart. Feet should be flat on the ground and hip-width apart with heels directly below your knees. Then, press your elbows and shoulder blades into the floor. Lift your chest and raise your hips as you press your feet into the floor, slowly sending your knees forward. Lift your buttocks away from the floor as high as you can contracting your muscles.

Your shoulders should be in line with the base of your neck as you gently press the back of your head into the floor. Broaden your collarbone and bring your breastbone towards your chin. Keep your gaze straight up. Hold in this position for 60 seconds or take 10 regular deep breaths.

Not only does this posture stretch out the spine, back of the neck, thighs and hip flexors, but it helps to tone the quadriceps and hip muscles, strengthening the region and generating more intense orgasms.

Wide-angle seated forward bend pose (Upavistha Konasana)

Sit on the ground with your legs together and extend them in front of your torso. Then spread your legs apart as far as you can, keeping your toes and knees pointed upwards. Make sure you’re in a comfortable stretch and can maintain a straight spine. Press your legs and sitting bones down into the ground. With the help of breathing, lengthen up through your spine as you inhale.

As you exhale, bend from the hips and tilt your torso downwards between your legs – without forcing or causing pain. Stretch your arms on the floor in front of you, and slowly exhale as you start to walk your hands forwards. If you can hold your toes to deepen the stretch, or as far as you can reach. Hold this position for 10 breaths or for 1 minute.

Every time you breathe, try to stretch your back a little more, and when you release, move your body further into the forward bend. If you’re back begins to arch, do not lower any further.

This position is good for increasing libido, as it improves blood flow to the pelvis.
