Description

Accounts Assistant EUROTERRA CAPITAL is London’s premier garden square property developer, specialising in development, investing, constructing and operating across all residential sectors, including luxury homes, luxury serviced residences, co-living, serviced apartments and student accommodation. Due to growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Accounts Assistant to join our Finance team. The position will be based at our Head of Office in Central London and you will report to the Head of Finance and Management Accountant. Accounts Assistant Main Duties: * Managing all the financial transactions for the business; sales, payments, receipts, expenses * Monthly reconciliation * Following up on unpaid invoices including chasing rental payment * Resolving any payment enquiries from customers and suppliers * Ad hoc tasks and offer support to different departments within the business Accounts Assistant Requirements: * Numeracy, accuracy and attention to detail * Ability to prioritise your work and handle high volumes of transactions on a daily basis * A friendly personality and a team player * Financial background is desirable * Knowledge of accounting software is desirable * Highly proficient in I.T Excel spreadsheets This is a permanent full-time role working Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm
